How do you change XBOX360 games to PC games?

There are many games that I want that are for the 360 that I want, but I don’t have or like the 360. I have a friend who knows a person who can convert 360 games into PC games. However, I am unable to talk with this person who my friend knows because I don’t even get to see this friend very often. How is it done?

    u can’t mate… often u can get the games for PC too, such as Gears of war, halo, halo2, fable, oblivion and others… but u can’t play em on a PC…

    Why would you even do that? the xbox rocks! :b
